Brasstown Valley Golf Club offers 18 holes of championship Scottish links-style golf for all levels
of play. The Golf Club at Brasstown Valley has been
ranked one of the top courses in the United States
by Golf Digest and has been named a member of the prestigious "Leading Golf Courses in America." Skillfully designed by Denis Griffiths & Associates, the course is truly a nature-lover's dream. The utmost respect for sensitive wildlife and mountainous terrain is all a part of the resort design. The Brasstown Valley Resort Golf Course offers a well-bunkered, Scottish links-style layout of rolling hills and bent grass greens with water coming into play on ten holes. One of the most environmentally- sensitive courses in the United States, Brasstown Valley's links utilizes only 13 of its 210 acres of woodlands. The practice area includes an expansive 10,000-square-foot putting green overlooking holes No. 1 and No. 18, and a driving range bordered by Brasstown Creek and cove wetlands.
The back nine sensation includes the 512-yard, 11th hole, an uphill par-5, which hugs a citadel of trees to the left leading toward a small green situated in the corner packet above the valley. The spectacular par-5, 504-yard 15th hole wraps a pond that reflects the towering mountains beyond. The green is heavily bunkered on the front right, but high slopes on all sides receive most shots well. Course play concludes on the par-4, 441-yard signature 18th hole, which winds uphill through open terrain to a tree-lined fairway and the green. The green is scooped out of the mountainside at the base of The Lodge, inviting players to hole out, then turn west to enjoy one last extraordinary view toward mountains emblazoned by sunset. 706-379-9900 Butternut Creek Designed by Bill Watts in 1965, this hilly, 18 hole public course features many trees, doglegs, and bunkers. Golfers will face fairways that feature Bermuda turf and putting greens that also feature Bermuda turf. Weekday, non-discounted green fees are $18.00, and weekend fees are $18.00. Cart fees are $8.00 and walking is allowed. Other amenities at the golf course include a putting green, a chipping area, and a practice bunker. This course accepts Visa and MasterCard. Tee times are taken 7 days in advance.

Mountain Harbor Located outside of Hiawassee in Hayesville, NC, this beautiful 18 hole course was designed by architect Willard Byrd and is nestled in a lush valley surrounded by breathtaking views near Lake Chatuge. Since its acquisition Eagle Greens has been improving the already beautiful course by renovating several greens complexes, replacing the aged bluegrass fairways with Tift 419 Bermuda, and re-sodding tee complexes.
